WELCOME is a creative initiative led by Luciano Podcaminsky and Sebastián Schor that redefines collaboration in the entertainment and advertising industry. More than a classic production company, it is an open platform that connects talents with production houses, agencies and streaming platforms under a decentralized approach. Its mission is to transcend the traditional boundaries of creativity and production, operating in multiple formats and media, from advertising to film and television. With a flexible and collaborative model, WELCOME promotes synergy between creatives, challenging conventional structures and opening new opportunities to develop innovative  content.
