Incubator hub is an innovative development department. Our goal is to produce auteur projects and expand an established network that connects scriptwriters, authors, directors and other creative figures. We manage the development phase of original projects, including films, documentaries and TV series. We handle applications to prestigious funds and events such as TFL, Biennale College and Series Mania. We submit our projects to regional and national funds, building networks with literary agencies and emerging talent. We work closely with the executive team and agencies to find funders and distributors for our projects in the pipeline.

With several film projects in development and branded content productions, Blackball aims to consolidate its position among the leading production companies in Milan, enhancing the richness and diversity of its content. The development department is headed by Giulia Negretto, a creative producer with a solid background in Pulse Films and a Master’s in Series Development promoted by Netflix.

Among the most recent initiatives is the Paolo Conte docu-live held at the Teatro alla Scala, a project carried out in collaboration with Sugar Music and directed by Giorgio Testi, presented at the Turin Film Festival and aired on RAI. Blackball continues to grow, always aiming for excellence in the production of innovative and high-quality content.
